There are many breeders who will not allow you in their home. We had a case here in my county last year where a lady came to see my dogs for future puppy buying. I saw her mug shot in the paper a few weeks later where she and some friends had stolen another breeders yorkies. The yorkies were fortunately recovered. As far as what to do, I think it is good that she wants to do a home visit on you. have her bring the parents to you. Even if you go to her home you won't know for sure if she is showing you the correct parents. This is a case where you have to get to know each other and have a certain level of trust on both sides.
