Yep, it is still available!
I'm not really sure how to measure this thing so I'm going to give you every measurement I can take from it and hopefully you can figure out what I'm talking about!
The back has a velcro closure (much like a really hat) It can be expanded to fit up to 13.5 inches. When the velcro is in "normal" position, it fits about 10 inches but if you overlap the velcro, it can go much smaller.
The part that has the star on it is 4 inches long. The bill is about 5 inches around and 1.5 wide.
