And in our Schools. Plano is a very Affluent City , unfortunately crack and meth have made their way into the schools and City. Drugs are no longer in poor neighborhoods but in these rich Affluent neighborhoods where people can pay. Please be careful letting anyone handle Uni. I would be afraid they would run. BE CAREFUL
