If you looked at their different sites, I'm sure you noticed they list all dogs and being registered didn't seem to be a criteria.
Word of mouth giving referrals is usually someones safest method of locating a puppy. I try to keep a list of Breeders in different areas of the country that I know will take the time to refer them to good people if they don't have anything. On the east coast I usually refer to Georgette, Lisa, Laurie, Bev and Angel.
