 Can a heat cycle produce hormones....
I have a nine month old puppy, she will have occassional leaks when she sleeps. My vet wants me to let her go through 1 heat cycle so she will produce hormones to help strengthen her bladder. Has anyone ever had any experience with this??? I would hate to spay her now, without a heat and have to deal with that her whole life. Thanks for your advise.....
