My yorkie and chi do this. They honestly look like they get too rough with eachother and they play for a long time but it looks to me like they are just playing. DOes your little one seem to be playing? Or is it being more aggressive? Chloe was really playful at that age and still is but not as much. Now they do a lot more sleeping together
. It may just be a stage they have to grow out of.
