I haven't tried Natures miracle but it seems to work well from the website I found. The book I bought said not to use vinegar because the dog will continue to pee there. It won't take the smell out. So I would imagine thats why you still smell urine and your cat is peeing there too. Our two dogs aren't house trained and it drives me nuts. I have a3month old and an 8 month old. The older one we just got from the pound. He is ruining our house. We have had him 2 weeks and I think he went # 2 out once. Otherwise our new house is his bathroom...ugh
