You will have to tell people "no touch, no talk, no eye contact" If guests ignore her when she's behaving in such a way, then she will learn she doesn't get affection or attention by acting like so.

However, I don't think you have a BAD problem on your hands. At least she's very friendly and not aggressive or something, lol.

I do understand though... with some dogs, it's just like "OK- that's ENOUGH!"
