I cant believe that someone would be offended by having to fill out a questionaire. Personally, I would feel more comfortable with the breeder if I knew they really cared about where their baby went. Helen asked me questions when I contacted her and I really appreciated it. Please don't take down the questionaire. It is the best thing for your babies because you can ensure they go to a good home. In my opinion, someone who does not want to fill out a questionaire really has something to hide and they don't need one of your babies!
