I have heard from breeders in the past that have had tinies that they noticed that the fontanel seemed to take a lot longer to close. Some have had adult tinies with dime sized fontanels.

I think it's a good move to just cut her some bangs and stay away from the clips. I don't know about anyone else but Zoey tolerates the clips for maybe five minutes before she turns into Zoey the Great and gets them off.
