Heres an idea if you trust the groomer then take your baby to her and ask her to feel the anals to see if they are full, she can do that without expressing them. If she says they are full then take her to the vet to have it done. If they are full then obviously they are not working properly on their own. Does this make since? And the groomer is not going to charge you for that.
