I do frequent the dog park almost daily, Im not defending myself but I have seen posts and news articles and this has happened EVERYWHERE, not just dog parks, this can happen right in your own neighboorhood or even on a simple walk.. I am very very cautious at the dog park and keep my eyes open at all times.
