I could, but I don't take her outside for walks or anything... only real quick to do her business. My Maltese, Pupcake, is 7 pounds, and when they are playing, Pupcake used to tug at her collar. I know she will tug at her harness, but is this any risk to Lily? Also, do most people leave their harness on all of the time? She looks so naked now without anything on. Poor little abused Lily... yeah right! Thank you for the advice and if Pupcake can't hurt her with a harness on, I will get one tomorrow.
