My first Yorkie was only 3 lbs full grown.
when I got mickey he was 1 lb at 8 weeks and Minnie was 1 lb 2 oz at 8 weeks I think, and Mickey is now 4lbs at age 5
so this one will probaly stay small guessing 3 lbs or so
