You never know what to expect when bringing your dog out in public- the local dog park by us had rules that include NO LEASHES being used, I ALWAYS use a leash I know its not following the rules, but I couldnt stand it if either of my two got out or if another dog were to hurt them. One of our last trips we had a German Shepherd pup trying to play with Roxie and she was shaking and so nervous by him jumping around her, his owner thought is was funny!

It is so awful that the other owner is now taking responsibility for their dog and never took the time after adopting!
