hi. and welcome.. None of us would be laughing at you but with you because, we've all been there done that!! The easiest way to catch uring is use a Soup ladel... just buy a cheap one u can toss or just wash yours out with bleach and hot water real well. I personally have a plastic one that is just for "pepee cathchin". wait until the flow starts and he is relaxed with a flow going. put the ladel under it and there u go. they only need a small amount mabe an ounce or too. It needs to be refridgerated utill you get it to the vet the same day or next am. The vet prob. just wants to be sure there is no bacteria, sugar etc in the urine. If You don't catch it, the vet will catherize him and it will cost you moiney and your furbaby Pain.. You might want to save a water bottle or a jar that can be thrown away. with a female it's real easy just put it under her and there she goes~....
