Nice that you have an RN to oversee this. The average person might not want to try that without spervision from a health professional as you had. They do make newborn suppositories though. Tiny little low melting-point wax things you gently insert. I wonder if the vet would okay that for a constipated puppy? I knew about olive oil in the food, just never heard of it given in the other end but it probably works the same way the suppository does.

Glad it got things moving for little London! Hoping she feels better soon.
