Def. give pedialyte in her water (you'll find it in the baby section at the grocery store. Make sure you get the unflavored one, mix 1/2 part water and 1/2 part pedialyte). Only feed her plain chicken (boil it, without salt or any seasoning) and mix with white rice...feed her that until her stool becomes hard again and the runs stop. I would take her to the vet if I were you. That happened to my Louie and he became really weak...and yorkies will play and keep acting energetic no matter how sick they may feel (at least that's the case with my pup).
