My first yorkie was a rehome girl and the lady told me she had a reverse sneeze problem. That is all I thought it was and she never made the sound at the vets's so he just went along with the reverse sneeze dx. We lost her while she was at the groomers. I always thought they had gotten her overheated as it was a very hot summer's day and we later noticed cages out back of their shop. But, after I saw a video and heard the sound of a collapsed trachea, I think that was what she had instead of just a reverse sneeze. I believe she got over-excited at the groomers, and they probably used the grooming noose too tightly and that is how she died. I tell you this to make sure if you have your little one groomed, that they know the danger and agree NOT to use the noose. Make sure you have a good harness that does not put any pressure on her throat, no collars.
