I use a little chicken or beef beechnut baby food. Beechnut has no garlic or onion powder in it. I use a little bowl and I hide the pill inside about a half of teaspoon full. My Maya takes a liquid medicine 2 times a day and will get really scared if I try to squirt it in her mouth so I just squirt it on top of the baby food and she'll eat it every time. Hope that helps.
