Yeah, Jackson doesn't mark inside, meaning he doesn't lift his leg. He definitely marks all the trees outside though! LOL. There is so many doggie smells in my dad's house (which is where he pees when he sneaks upstairs!) ALL the dogs have had accidents upstairs so I'm sure that's why Jackson pees up there too.
