OMG your boyfriend is the hero of the day. Wow when I was reading your post I was thinking..oh man not another poor baby gone..but yeah!! a happy ending but a scary thing to happen.
Izzy wears no collars in the house and only the choke free when outside. I do have one collar that we had to have for therapy training but that was it.
So happy all ended well.
