Reese was very ill last this last December. The antibiotics can cause them to be anorexic. They can give you something to increase her appetite. I'd also ask about reducing her fever...that's the cause of her lethargy and can also be another reason she won't eat.

Reese received three iv of fluids in one week...he also lost a pound in 4 days. We never received an actual diagnosis...because they simply could not figure out what was wrong with him. At the end of a week...he was given a barium x ray...which found nothing...but apparently eradicated whatever bug he had. The latter the vet concurred...
