My DH is a total softie when it comes to our kids, and he's the first to admit it!! He proudly takes them everywhere and can't understand why someone wouldn't want them to come over to their house.
He puts their hair up in topknots and is sure to coordinate Gracie Ruth's scrunchie with her hair clips and harness. I see how they have him completely under their control and am just thankful that we don't have kids because he'd be a total push over with them too!
Oh and as for the fighting...Gracie Ruth & Yogi are the sweetest, gentlest little things and will peacefully play side by side for hours. Then suddenly it's WWF Cage Match fighting all over the place. Complete with vicious blood chilling snarls, growls and barks. But if you look closely they are barely touching each other and it all instantly stops if one so much as makes a tiny squeak. They touch noses and sniff each other over, you can hear them apologizing to each other, then will usually proceed to "tear the flesh" right off each other again.
And yes, they are way better then TV!!
