Let him out more often, and use Belly Bands to protect your furniture.
It could be marking, but my dogs seem to have more accidents during bad
weather than nice. So I put them out more often in bad weather.
I have experienced this problems in both sexes.
I am convinced Yorkies are spoiled and mine are.
