Well I think not only should all dogs be on a leash but on a shorter leash when in public. The other day my husband and I were walking Ivy & Max downtown when we came up on a pit bull. They were less then nice looking people and they had it on a leash but a long leash so their was no way I could go by without that dog being able to get to us. So we had to go on the other side of the street to get by and that is when they started laughing at us
Hubby said to me let that dog come near ether one of our dogs and we will see who is laughing then. So what is the point on being on a leash when it can go 6 foot or more???
