I have a rescued 2 yr old female Yorkie (on the larger size for Yorkies but still only about 9-10 pounds) that is looking for her forever home. She is a very sweet girl, crate trained, playful, good with other dogs and children. A bit shy with new people, but warms up very quickly. She does enjoy her walks and running, so I would need to know she has a fenced in yard as part of her placement, along with a family or individual that is willing and able to take good care of her. She loves to be groomed and I believe could be easily trained to do cute pet tricks. I will have photos available by email for anyone who may be interested (will attempt to add photos to this ad later on this evening). Please email me with a bit about your family life and the home that she would go to. I am going to be picky about where she goes because she has won our hearts and is such a special little girl. I am at the limit in my complex for the number of dogs I can own or she would be staying with us permanently!
She was originally brought to me with her brother who commanded all of the attention and shoved her out of the way at every turn. We thought she was timid and scared of people, but once the brother was placed in his forever home, she became a completely new dog! I believe if the previous owner who turned them over to me had only her for their pet, they would never have let her go.
