We are responsible pet owners that always put our darlings on a leash whether in our yard or out. Don't most areas have leash laws? If I were to lose my baby because of a dog running wild, I would be livid! Why can't these other people who have these big dogs keep them penned up and leashed? If I had something like that happen to me and my baby, I would call animal control first. Then if it happened again, the cops.
