This just happened to my puppy...couple of weeks ago. Took her to the vet they gave her something for the reaction. It took her a couple of weeks to feel better, but now she is back to normal. I was very scared thought she was going to die. She is doing good. Do take her to the vet. She didn't want to eat, play or be held just be patient and she was also a little more aggressive.
