I think the kid was way into the music , and was not at all thinking about how rough she was being to the little yorkie. NOW , I am going to blame the parents for this!
She was certainly way too rough with this Yorkie! ANd I did notice the dog had a coaller and what it appeared a heavy leash
When their yorkie becomes seriously injured, and they have the High cost in vet bills, that will be the high price they will pay for treating their kid treating a yorkie like a stuffed thing
