It sounds like she is being cared for by a great vet. Have they done any Xrays of her spine. I had a Yorkie years ago who acted like he had a stroke, he wouldn't lift his head and moved very gingerly, He was diagnosed with a herniated disc. A round of steroids helped a lot. Cali has spondylosis and disc narrowing that was diagnosed by abdominal xrays that they opened the collimator on to catch the spine (that's what the ER report said). So maybe xrays will give you some clues if they haven't done them already. Just trying to throw some ideas out there.
