Second, I use Petzlife, around 3 times a week, a member here, ARCHIE recommended it, and her dog Buddy has perfect teeth, and that's really unusual in a yorkie. Third, I use a hard chewing stick (Merrick Bully Sticks) that I believe helps keep tartar scraped off the teeth, and forth, I brush Joeys teeth twice a week. The vet said his teeth are in wonderful shape, and Joey's breeder thought I brushed his teeth every night. There are no signs of tartar, and his teeth are white, and his breath is good. Joey's almost three, so I believe what we are doing is working. | Right now I am feeding both of my dogs California Natural Lamb & Rice formula (kibble). I give them dental chews I bought from my vet and I use the "mouth wash" you put in their water (that I also bought from my vet). The vet said I am doing everything right but I need to brush every night now, she said she hadn't heard of petzlife. How big are your babies mouths? What tooth paste are you using? |
