I would have your vet check her Liver. Sounds just like my Manolo and he has been diagnosed with MVD. A full blood panel. I would also have them do a BAT TEST(Bile Acid Test). You will need to fast Lexi for 10 hours. Pull food around 6pm. They will take her blood first thing in the morning then feed her a High Protein Meal and take her blood after that. This will give Pre and Post results. Im not sure this is Lexis problem but its a start. Protein triggers liver issues in Yorkies, and the symtoms you are discribing match liver issues.
