We have the PetCruiser Wicker Bike Basket. It was around $70. I really like that it has a wire framed "lid" that straps on so if you fall over for any reason, your babies head are protected and they remain contained. It does not come with a tether, but that was easy enough to remedy. I purchase an inexpensive coupler and wove it through the part where the basket attaches to the frame of the bike. I also added a much fluffier cushion to the bottom of the basket for comfort.
