I think Number 1 would be my choice -- I am over 50 and "not as slim as I should be" (I have a million different versions to avoid the F word! LOL!) so I think #1 would be the most slimming. The last would be the least slimming and the least forgiving.
It would really be best if you could try them on first though! Dresses can look so much different on than in a catalog picture. If you can't try them on locally, order all three and just keep the one that looks and feels the best.
