Default Giant Hogweed

Hi everyone, i'm new here.

I have two yorkies and i was walking them at a park today and i think they may have come into contact with some giant hogweed. as we were walking along, we came up to a sign that read 'warning: hogweed. keep out'. we were walking along that area the whole time before we came up to the warning sign! apparently, these things will cause severe dermatitis via ultra-photosensitivity. the thing is, it was a really grey day today. i know my dogs didn't eat any of the hogweed, but i'm paranoid that they may have been walking on fallen hogweed leaves and/or have touched them with their noses by sniffing them.

what kind of reactions should i look out for? what should i do?? please help.
