I can NOT believe what I just read in online news. An Oklahoma couple was just charged with shooting a 7 WEEK old puppy TEN TIMES with a 22 cal pistol and then skinning him to make a BELT!!!

How on earth does this sort of thing happen??? They face UP TO 5 yrs in prison if convicted.
