My dog was present when his sister saint bernard was attacked and later died. Since he is being very bad. When he sees other dogs he keeps barking and would attack if they are too close. He also is scared when suddenly people stand and he will go after them. Is he ruined for life? I dont know what to do with him. I have tried taking a treat bag when we walk and trying to distract while people pass but it doesnt work. I am at the end of my rope it has been, almost one year since the attack, can anyone help????Thank you
