It is just better for the rabies to be given when they are a bit bigger because it is very potent and can be hard on them.
Lepto is a debated vaccine. It should only be given when there is a huge need and then still it may not be a great idea. I just asked because Yorkies react to it quite often and it can make them sore (but really any of them can make them sore)...
