Pyometra is extremely dangerous. The absolute best option is to have her spayed immediately. As Ellie May posted, there is another option. However, it's extremely painful for them and the drugs used are very dangerous. I would not put any of my girls through that. Plus, by the time you paid for the antibiotics, vet stay, etc... you might as well have just payed for the spay surgery.

Your dog is very sick. If you don't get this cleared up she's going to go downhill very fast and it's going to be awful for her.
