I buy Sta-Flo and spray it on the bows after I form and sew them but before I add the embelishments. I have also heard that you can starch and bake them like you would korker ribbon. The sta-flo is only about 2.00 for a really big bottle. I would recommend using dowel rods in your loops while the starch is drying. I hope this helps
