Frontline plus is not recommended for small dogs, just regular frontline works fine. Start with Capstar. You can get it online at petmeds or through most vets. It will kill all fleas on the dog within a day...most within 4 hours. Seriously consider calling terminex or a pest control company to come and de-flea the house and yard. The bombs are only so effective and it will cost more in the long run if you get re-infested. The little buggers can stay dormant for ages.
I had tenants that left a rental property full of fleas and even after bombing and removing carpets...I ended up calling the pest guys in. Not a flea since. It would've cost me much less to do that in the first place. |
