This isn't the real world, it's college. They're not going to take a college student to court for having a dog. The worst they would do is say to take it home, but again, I wouldn't put the dog in that possible position. If they have said that it's OKAY, the leasing MANAGER, who makes all the decisions, then yes, I would consider that reliable that the dog is safe.

I love this mentality. I really do hope you won't be like the 10
college students I had to evict who though the same thing. For exactly the same reasons.
Hate to break it to you, but college is in fact the real world with real consequences. "College" apartment complex or not. Hope you and your dog never have to face it, but it
is reality.
