I would try to move her feeding time either forward or back a couple hours and see if you can change her scheduled poops. I think it's great that you know what times she goes... that is just a nice set up for sucess.
How long of a walk does she go on before bedtime? What time is bedtime? The picking her up to bring out is pretty normal in my experience.. with any of my dogs when they were still potty learning.
