You need to get him back at the vet. Doesn't matter if you were just there two weeks ago. Even if they cannot find anything "wrong," per-se, they can provide you with an anti-nausea and anti-diarrheal that will not only make him feel better, but can help prevent hemorrhagic gastroenteritis (bloody diarrhea) that can make him very, very ill.

There is an underlying cause to his GI problems, whether it be he has gotten into something, has an intolerance to something or has a virus/parasite. Please update on the pup, I hope you got him in.
