Welcome to YT! It sounds like you have gotten some very good advise. I would just add, if you want her to learn to tell you when she needs to go, try using potty bells.
If you know how to use the search button here on the top of the page, type in potty bells, poochie bells, or bell training. It should bring up tons of great into on how to train them to use these.
