I think my aunt had the same problem with her male dog. It was a greenish discharge that came out and crusted up. I don't think it was anything serious. We just had to put him to sleep a couple of weeks ago so I'll try to get a hold of her and see if she remembers what it was but I would reccommend having a vet look at it just to rule out anything serious...
