Hi there. I didn't read through to the end so sorry if this has been already mentioned.
In my 2 yorkies case it turned out to be allergy to ingredients in the food, they were on natures variety which is a good food but had something in it that gave them reverse sneezing. Once I switched them, I am using California Naturals, the reverse sneezing stopped. The vet was disappointed he was ready to put them on allergy meds, I'm glad I told him to give me time to research the situation
