The vet clinic was packed and everyone there couldn't believe how tiny my poor baby is. They weighed him and he is 15.5ounces!!! Not even a pound. I told the vet I was upset with the breeder for saying it was okay to fly so young, the vet said that was normal age
..Anyhoo, She said he seemed perfectly fine, temp, heartbeat etc. His gums were a little pale. She took the poop sample and it will probably have to be sent out for testing, because we don't have the facilities here to test it
..I said it seemed like coccidia, she gave me pills call TMS and told me to watch for side effects such as vomiting, lack of energy, worsening of poop etc. I hope to god this is it and Bailey doesn't get worse. Also I can't believe how difficult it is to give a puppy a pill! He is scheduled for his next round of shots on the 25th. My poor little guy.
