Keegan is 7 yo. He has always been attached to me & ,I'm not proud to say, goes after dogs who want to sit on my lap or sit on the couch with me. Over the years he has gotten better but it's always there under the surface.
We got Sophie, as a rescue, ~3 months ago. They were getting into it but it had seemed to subside. Yesterday & this morning has been a constant fight.
I calmly separate them but as soon as they are released Sophie starts growling & there they go again. I can't always tell who or what prompts this but it is breaking my heart.
